SHIPMENTS

Free shipping:

- Italy, orders over € 90.00. Below this amount, shipping will cost € 7.00. With the exception of specific periods in which free shipping will be offered on all orders, and will be indicated in a visible manner on the website, as well as at checkout.

- Europe, orders over € 120.00. Below this amount, shipping will cost € 12.00.

-Rest of the world, orders over € 150.00. Below this amount, shipping will cost € 25.00.

WITHDRAWAL POINT

We have recently added the possibility to collect orders for free at our new Corner Shop which will also have a function of Collection Point. This option is available at checkout, just select the "Withdrawal" item and in this way you will avoid shipping costs. Your order will be processed and will be made available for collection within 24 hours at the following address:

- PF Style, Via Cooperation 69, Cusano Milanino (MI), Italy.

You will have 30 days to pick up your order. To collect the package, you just need to be in possession of the official Shenty email concerning the order summary.

WE SHIP WITH DHL GOGREEN

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The shipping service we use is the DHL standard, which allows you to receive your package in 2/3 working days if you are in Italy, and in 5/7 working days abroad.

Orders placed on weekends or (official) holidays are processed the next business day. In the event that we are unable to ship your products within this period of time, we will take care to inform you and update you on the status of your order.

Through DHL's ODD (on demand delivery) service you can independently manage the delivery of your shipment, customizing it according to your needs.

1-Once the purchase has been made, you will receive the presumed delivery date via email or text message

2-Via PC or Smartphone you can register for the DHL ODD service, to personalize the receipt of your purchase, defining delivery preferences and monitoring the status of your shipment. For example, you can change the delivery date according to your needs

3-Courier and branch will receive the modification requested by you

4-You will receive via email or sms a confirmation of the modification, with relative notification of the new delivery date of the shipment

5-The shipment will be delivered in the time and manner established by you, to ensure your maximum satisfaction

You can change the delivery date of the shipment at will and according to your needs, within 7 effective days from the date of the order. In case you are on vacation, or away from home for work commitments, you can request the suspension of delivery for a maximum of 30 actual days. It will also be possible to indicate as the place of delivery the DHL store closest to you and personally collect the shipment.

You can change the delivery address in progress, indicating a new one or, in case of absence, you can authorize the courier to deliver your goods to a neighbor, a caretaker or guard.

Every order we send from our warehouse is carefully checked.In case you receive a damaged package, we kindly ask you to contact us at our customer service. Before accepting your delivery, please check the package and its contents for any damage that may have been caused during shipment.

We also remind you that the DHL GoGreen service will be included on all our shipments. That is the DHL program aimed at reducing the impact of its activities on the environment and contributing to the protection of the ecosystem. To apply the promotional code successfully, the total value of the order must be greater than the value of the code itself.
Each code is non-refundable and cannot be replaced in the event of a partial or total return of your order.
