INFORMATION ON RETURNS
Your online order can be returned within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, and must have their original label, both tag and internal label. Incomplete products or returns that have been worn or washed will not be accepted and will not be subject to any refund.
How can I make a return?
Place the item (s) you would like to return in the biodegradable bag in which you received the order. Attach the return label from the original packaging taking care to cover or remove the previous label. If you do not find the return label, our Customer Service will provide you with technical support. The shipping address to which you must return the items will be indicated on the Return label.
Visit dhl.com to arrange home collection. To ensure that your package is not lost, we recommend that you request tracking of the shipment. Remember that the responsibility for the return lies with you until the package is delivered to us. You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your return. You will receive the refund in the same way you made the payment, within 10-14 days depending on the rules of your bank.
We currently do not have an exchange service. You can return products that you are not satisfied with.If you would like another item, color or size, please create a new order.
