SHIPMENTS
Free shipping:
We only use fast express shipping via DHL.
Italy: Orders over €120.00. Shipping costs below this amount will be €9.00. Free shipping is offered on all orders, except during specific periods, and this will be clearly indicated on the website and at checkout.
-Europe: Orders over €200.00. Shipping costs below this amount will be €17.00.
Rest of the world: orders over €300.00. Shipping below this amount will cost €29.00.
COLLECTION POINT
We recently added the option to collect your orders free of charge from our new Corner Shop, which will also feature a Pickup Point function. This option is available at checkout; simply select "Pickup" to avoid shipping costs. Your order will be processed and ready for pickup within 24 hours at the following address:
- PF Style, Via Cooperazione 69, Cusano Milanino (MI), Italy.
You'll have 30 days to pick up your order. To collect your package, all you need is the official Shenty email containing your order summary.
WE SHIP WITH DHL GOGREEN
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We use DHL standard shipping, which allows you to receive your package in 2-3 business days if you're in Italy, and 5-7 business days outside of Italy.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. If we are unable to ship your products within this timeframe, we will notify you and update you on the status of your order.
With DHL's ODD (on demand delivery) service, you can independently manage the delivery of your shipment, customizing it according to your needs.
1-Once you have made your purchase, you will receive the estimated delivery date via email or SMS.
2- Via PC or smartphone, you can register for the DHL ODD service to customize your purchase delivery experience, defining your delivery preferences and tracking your shipment's status. For example, you can change the delivery date based on your needs.
3-The courier and branch will receive the change you requested
4-You will receive confirmation of the change via email or SMS, with notification of the new delivery date of the shipment.
5-The shipment will be delivered in the time and manner established by you, to guarantee your maximum satisfaction.
You can change the delivery date of your shipment as needed within 7 days of placing your order. If you're on vacation or away from home for work, you can request a delivery suspension for up to 30 days. You can also specify your nearest DHL store as the delivery location and collect your shipment in person.
You can change the delivery address during the order process, specifying a new one, or, in the event of your absence, you can authorize the courier to deliver your goods to a neighbor, caretaker, or security guard.
Every order we ship from our warehouse is carefully inspected. If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team. Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the package and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
We also remind you that all our shipments will include the DHL GoGreen service. This is DHL's program aimed at reducing the environmental impact of its operations and contributing to ecosystem protection. GoGreen is an integral part of our environmental sustainability strategy. PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:

-Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna, Amazon Pay
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may transmit your personal data, such as contact information and order details, to Klarna at checkout so that Klarna can assess your suitability for their payment methods and personalize your payment methods. Your personal data transferred will be processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy. When you select one of these payment methods as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the relevant website . If you have an active account, you can log in using your user details to confirm the payment. In this specific case, refunds for returns will be credited to your registered account.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
All promotional codes (discount codes) are valid for a single order only.
To successfully apply the promotional code, the total value of the order must be greater than the value of the code itself.
Each code is non-refundable and cannot be replaced in the event of a partial or total return of your order.

Please note:
- Only one code can be used per order, unless otherwise indicated.
- Codes cannot be used in combination with other discount codes
- In case of returns, the value of the promotional code will be divided among the items ordered.
